Supposed to be a pretty nice weekend again. See you all on Saturday.
This is the final week of the regular season. The playoffs will either be Saturday the 21st, or Saturday the 28th, depending on the availability during the IU Purdue game (see the poll on the right/bottom of page).

Week 3 Results
Sorry no MVPs this week.. I wasn't around for the Saturday games so I can't accurately give them. Feel free to respond with some info on great performances though.
Also, the Saturday team scores could be a bit off, correct me where I need it. But, as far as I know, the margin of victory should be right.
Black (28) vs. Blue (21)
Black (21) vs. White (14)
Green (42) vs. Red (28)
Last week of the regular season next week. Schedule will be up in a day or two.
Also take a look at the new poll. Right now the playoffs would be the day of the IU/Purdue game. Not sure what we should do yet. The next week is the Saturday after Thanksgiving so people may be out of town. Throw in your two cents if you don't mind.

Week 2 Results
Red 29, White 28
MVP: Mike Newsom. Threw a few beautiful passes for TDs, including the 2 point conversion to win the game.
Green 28, Black 21
MVP: Ryan Bucher. Called the play for the winning TD, and a modified hook and ladder that led to the winning TD.
White 49, Blue 42 (4OTs)
MVP: Scott Cochran. Did a great job filling in at QB for Joel Scheele. Snuck in the winning TD.

Week 2 Schedule and Projections
Schedule is below. 30% chance of rain again. But it is supposed to be warmer.
11:00am
Field 1: White vs. Red
12:15pm
Field 1: Green vs. Black
Field 2: White vs. Blue
Projections
I figured these based on each team's points forced, and averaged them against their opponents points allowed.
Red 27, White 17
Green 28, Black 28
Blue 29, White 21
Again, I could use some help with refs. Obviously the main need is someone to keep time so a player doesn't have to, but I also got several comments regarding flag guarding and unnecessary roughness, specifically tackling rather than grabbing a flag. These are both point of view calls which each team will obviously disagree with, and thus need a 3rd party. So please help me out and come early or stay late to ref. I'd really appreciate it, and so will you when playing your game.

Week 1 Results
Blue 27, Red 29 (6OTs)
MVP: Scott Geisinger. Huge difference maker with his quickness. Had lots of INTs as well.
White 13, Green 42
MVP: Ben Wehner. Tons of sacks. Was a nightmare for the O-Line all day. Had a TD as well.
Red 0, Black 35
MVP: Sam Lambooy. Didn't get to see this game, but Sam was apparently a huge difference.
Thanks for the participation, and keeping tempers down to a minimum. Would love to have some ref help next week...

Week 1 Schedule
Opening Day is this Saturday the 24th. Below are game times. There will be two fields at once during the 12:15 game time. Each team will play 2 games once during the season, which also means that each team will play one team twice during the season.
TIMES
11:00am Field 1 = Blue vs. Red
12:15pm Field 1 = Green vs. White
12:15pm Field 2 = Red vs. Black
IMPORTANT! If anyone is willing to help referee when they're not playing it'd be greatly appreciated. Ideally, we will have 2 refs per game, but we need help with that, so volunteers are encouraged. Let me know if you can.
